The portal is the delivery layer for the services MoveSmart runs - it is not a standalone rental software product. If you engage Tenant Screening alone, you will see the screening views; full Leasing Services unlocks every view.

Does the portal support multiple units?

Yes. Portfolio owners see a multi-unit dashboard with every listing, showing, applicant, and lease on one page.

Can I add team members or co-owners to my account?

Yes. You can add co-owners, accountants, or property managers with view-only or approval-level access per your preference.

What happens to my data when the engagement ends?

You retain access to your lease documents, screening files, and archived records. Data handling follows Canadian privacy standards and our privacy policy.

Is this the same as the showing calendar the public sees?

No. The public-facing showing calendar on a listing page is a booking tool for prospective tenants. The portal is the full owner view - showings, applicants, screening, decisions, move-in.

Can I export data from the portal?

Yes. Applicant summaries, decision logs, and lease documents can be exported as PDF or CSV where applicable.

Does the portal replace my accounting or property management software?

No. The portal covers the leasing engagement through move-in. Ongoing rent collection, accounting, and maintenance are functions of property management software and are outside the MoveSmart scope.
